I got up this morning feeling rested after a productive and
happy weekend. Got ready for work, let the dogs out, had breakfast, packed my
lunch, did a load of laundry, did a batch of dishes, checked my emails and
Facebook, took out the garbage, meditated for 15 minutes, and did some light
yoga stretches. And was out the door by 5:15 a.m.
It felt great. But there’s something so wrong about it!
